WordCamp needs your help: Volunteers wanted!

UPDATE: Our Call for Volunteers is now closed.

WordCamps are made by volunteers, people who want to get involved and contribute back by growing the WordPress community. If you’ve already attended a meetup, or you’ve been to any WordCamps around the world, you probably know that you can also be a part of it all.

Think of this as a pre-after party party! 🙂

We encourage anyone to join, help and become a part of our WordPress centered-community, no prior experience is required to join us & give a helping hand.

There will be interesting things to do on the day of the conference, but you will also have time to attend some presentations. Usually the volunteering part takes up 3-4 hours, and the rest is for you to enjoy the event! On Contributor Day, the tasks take even less, so you will also get to learn about WordPress. Volunteers will receive free admittance to the event.

Here are some of the roles we’ll need to cover so that everything runs smoothly:

  • Setup
  • Registration
  • People wranglers
  • Speaker assistant
  • Room managers, time keepers, and mic runners
  • Photographers
  • Social media
  • Swag table

There may be other miscellaneous roles that will need to be filled as the need arises.

Please fill up the form below until October 12th, and we will reach back to you whether you get picked or not. Let’s have some fun!

Thank you all for applying and see you at WordCamp!
